1. How can I place an order on Shewear?
Simply browse our collections, select the product, choose quantity, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499 and deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote areas: 5–8 working days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, you can’t cancel, but you may request a return following our Return & Refund Policy.

5. What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video. We will guide you through a replacement or refund as per our policies.

6. How do returns and refunds work?
Returns are accepted within 5 days for wrong or defective items, with an unboxing video required. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days.

7. Are the products genuine and of good quality?
Yes! Each product is carefully selected for quality, usefulness, and durability. We also run weekly flash sales to give you the best deals.

8. Do you offer COD for all products?
COD is available for select pin codes only. Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to check real-time delivery status.
