Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for both our customers and our team.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
 To cancel your order:

Please include your order number in your request.
 If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests made through Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any unofficial channels will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
 If you wish to proceed with a cancellation after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation
 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
 We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Invalid or incomplete address provided

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if already paid) will be initiated promptly.
